Description du poste

Hiring: English-Speaking Cold Callers / Appointment Setters (Remote) A B2B appointment-setting agency based in Canada is hiring fluent English-speaking callers to work from home on our North American campaigns. What you will do - Call business owners and managers in Canada - Qualify their needs and book appointments for our clients. - Record every result accurately in our online tools Requirements - Excellent spoken English: clear, natural and easy to understand for North American business owners. - Cold-calling or appointment-setting experience (B2B is a strong plus). - Your own equipment to work from home: - a computer or laptop (a phone alone is not enough); - a headset with a microphone; - a stable high-speed internet connection; - a quiet workspace with no background noise. - Availability during North American business hours (Eastern Time). Pay: paid per qualified appointment, plus bonuses. Details are shared with selected candidates. HOW TO APPLY: READ CAREFULLY Applications that do not follow these instructions will not be answered. Send ONE voice note (3 to 5 minutes) on WhatsApp. Start your voice note by saying: "English Caller Application." Then answer these 6 questions in English, in order, without reading a written text: 1. Introduce yourself: your full name, the city and country you live in, and your cold-calling or appointment-setting experience. Which industries? For how long? B2B or B2C? 2. Your setup and availability: describe your computer, headset and internet connection, and tell us which hours you can work in Eastern Time (Montreal/New York). 3. Role-play. Here is the situation: you work for a company that cleans offices, stores and restaurants. Your goal is not to sell anything on the phone. You only want to book a short visit, so that a manager can come see the place and give the owner a free price estimate. You are now calling the owner of a small restaurant. Say the first 30 seconds of the call exactly as you would say them on the phone. 4. Objection. The owner answers: "We already have a company that cleans for us, and we're happy with them." Say exactly what you would answer to still try to book the visit. 5. In your own words: what makes an appointment "qualified"? What must you confirm with the prospect before booking it? 6. Situation: a prospect tells you, "Call me back Thursday after 2. My partner handles the contracts and she's only in the office on Thursdays." What do you do next, and what do you write in your notes? In the text message that goes with your voice note, write your full name, email address and city/country. No text-only applications, no CVs without a voice note, no calls. Only candidates who follow all the instructions will be contacted.
